تسعى Kunduj Store إلى ضمان رضا العملاء وتوفير تجربة تسوّق ممتازة، ولذلك نقدم سياسة إرجاع واستبدال واضحة وعادلة ومتوافقة مع أنظمة التجارة الإلكترونية المطبّقة في المملكة العربية السعودية. يمكن إرجاع المنتج خلال فترة زمنية محددة تبدأ من تاريخ استلام الطلب، شريطة أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تمامًا، وغير مستخدم، ومحافظًا على ملحقاته وكامل تغليفه كما تم استلامه.
لا يمكن قبول إرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها أو تعرّضت لأي تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو عدم الالتزام بطريقة الاستخدام الصحيحة. ويحق للمتجر رفض أي طلب إرجاع إذا كانت حالة المنتج لا تتوافق مع معايير الإرجاع المعتمدة لدينا. ويجب على العميل التأكد من سلامة المنتج عند الاستلام والإبلاغ فورًا إذا كان هناك أي ضرر ظاهر نتيجة الشحن.
يتم فحص المنتج بعد استلامه من قِبل فريق المتجر للتأكد من حالته، وفي حال الموافقة، يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع التي استخدمها العميل. تستغرق عملية استرداد المبلغ مدة زمنية تعتمد على البنك المُصدر أو بوابة الدفع، وقد تمتد عادة من عدة أيام عمل حتى اكتمال الإجراءات المالية.
في حال رغبة العميل باستبدال المنتج بمنتج آخر، فيمكن إجراء الاستبدال ضمن نفس الفترة الزمنية المسموح بها وبنفس شروط الإرجاع. ويُعد الاستبدال خاضعًا لتوفر المنتج المطلوب، ويحق للمتجر رفض الاستبدال في حال عدم توفر المخزون أو إذا كانت حالة المنتج لا تطابق المعايير المطلوبة.
يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بعملية الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع ناتجًا عن خطأ من المتجر، مثل إرسال منتج غير صحيح أو منتج يعاني عيبًا مصنعيًا واضحًا. وفي هذه الحالات، يتحمل المتجر كامل تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا.
يحتفظ المتجر بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. ويعد استخدام العميل للموقع أو إتمامه لأي عملية شراء موافقة ضمنية على أحدث نسخة من هذه السياسة.

For this reason, we offer a clear and fair Return & Exchange Policy that complies with the e-commerce regulations enforced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customers may request to return a product within a specified period starting from the date the order is received, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all its accessories and original packaging exactly as delivered.
Products that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return. The store reserves the right to reject any return request if the item does not meet the required return conditions. Customers are encouraged to inspect their products upon receipt and report any visible shipping damage immediately.
Once the returned product is received by our team, it undergoes a quality inspection to verify its condition. If approved, the customer will receive a refund through the same payment method originally used for the purchase. The refund processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank or payment gateway and may take several business days to be fully completed.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another item, the exchange may be processed within the allowable return period and under the same conditions. Product exchange is subject to availability, and the store may refuse the exchange if the requested item is out of stock or if the returned product does not meet the required condition standards.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless the return is due to an error on the store’s part, such as receiving an incorrect item or an item with a clear manufacturing defect. In such cases, the store covers all shipping fees for both return and replacement shipments.
