تم شحن الطلبات داخل المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال شركات شحن معتمدة، ويتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال مدة تتراوح بين ثلاثة أيام وسبعة أيام عمل، ويعتمد ذلك على ظروف العمل وتوفر المنتجات في المخزون. يتم تقديم خدمة الشحن المجاني داخل السعودية عند وصول قيمة الطلب إلى ألف وخمسمئة ريال أو أكثر، بينما تُحتسب رسوم الشحن للطلبات التي تقل عن هذا المبلغ بناءً على وزن الشحنة وموقع العميل داخل المملكة.

أما بالنسبة للشحن الدولي إلى مختلف دول العالم، فإن رسوم الشحن تختلف من دولة إلى دولة، وتُحسب وفقًا لتسعيرة شركات الشحن العالمية. تختلف مدة التوصيل أيضًا بناءً على الوجهة وأنظمة الجمارك والإجراءات المتبعة في كل دولة. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية تقديم عنوان صحيح ودقيق لضمان وصول الشحنة دون تأخير.
يتم تزويد العميل برقم تتبع للشحنة بعد تجهيز الطلب مباشرة، مما يتيح له متابعة حالة الشحنة خطوة بخطوة حتى تصل. وفي بعض الدول، قد تُفرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب إضافية على الشحنات الواردة، ويتحمل العميل كامل هذه الرسوم حسب قوانين الدولة المستقبلة.
